Bag Lady Eats

Someone had asked what I would do without 31 flavors… so far, I’ve found Freshly (or “Freshy” according to the sign) Frozen ice cream to be an adequate solution. There’s also a Cold Stone Creamery, Häagen-Dazs, Swensen’s and even a Bud’s Ice Cream of San Francisco (for my Bay Area friends) nearby. This Magnum pomegranate bar made for an interesting treat, as well. It’s hot in Chiang Mai, ice cream is not scarce.

Mango with Sticky Rice

On most days, though, I opt for the mango with sticky rice.

I also usually have a meal, snack and drink.

Often, all for under $5 usd.

Ping River W

The Ping River tends to be brown with silt but it’s still pleasant to walk along.

Finally, a picture of something other than food! Notice the beautiful blue sky. It has looked like that everyday since I arrived. Ahhh, clean pretty air…Ti(not)C.
